About me

Great events look effortless. That is the part of the work nobody sees.

I've produced congresses, regional forums, webinars and community programmes for international organisations. The common thread is stakeholder engagement, partnerships and programme delivery at a distance, across time zones and cultures.

An event is never only logistics. It's sponsors who need their objectives met, speakers who need to feel prepared, delegates who need the day to make sense, and a team who needs the plan to hold when something changes at 4pm. Holding all of those at once is the job I'm good at.

The measure of an event isn't the day itself. It's whether people come back, and whether the next edition starts easier.

Positioning

An event producer who owns the whole programme: partners, experience and the operating system behind both.

Systems thinker

Every edition leaves behind a process the next one can run on.

Relationship builder

Connecting people and building trust across cultures and disciplines.

Operational problem solver

Complex programmes into clear timelines a team can actually deliver.

Calm under pressure

Plan B written before anyone thinks to ask for it.

Global perspective

Delegates and partners from 85+ countries, four regions, three languages.

What I do

I produce international events end to end, and build the systems that make the next one easier.

I run live calendars of congresses, regional forums and webinar programmes across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Oceania and the Americas. That means sponsors and exhibitors, speakers and scientific programme, registration and delegate communications, platforms and payments, then the reporting that shows what the event actually delivered. Every edition leaves behind a documented process the next one runs on.

Also: vanilla export

Eden of Indonesia, pure Indonesian vanilla.

Alongside my production work I run Eden of Indonesia, exporting vanilla grown by trusted farmers across Java, Sulawesi and Papua. Volcanic soil, hand-picked at peak maturity, nine to twelve months to cure a single bean.

Indonesian vanilla is creamy, smoky and woodsy, deeper and more layered than the Madagascar variety, with high natural vanillin. Same bean in every product, in whichever form the kitchen needs it.

Farmer relationshipsDirect sourcing from growers across Java, Sulawesi and Papua, built on long-term relationships rather than brokers.
Quality & consistencyBatch-to-batch consistency across seasons: selection at origin, curing followed through, nothing artificial added.
Brand & channelsFounded the brand and its site, and run retail through Indonesian marketplaces alongside direct wholesale.

I enjoy turning complexity into clarity. If that's the problem on your desk,
let's talk.

Always interested in conversations about event production, partnerships and how international teams actually get things done.
